#StarTrek 88 (1973) - 8/10
Mudd's Passion, written by #StephenKandel.

1️⃣ #RogerCCarmel as Harry Mudd.

2️⃣ The Spock-Chapel relationship is a key element of this story, and Christine Chapel (#MajelBarrett) drives much of the action in the first half of the episode.

3️⃣ As with previous Mudd scripts this is a comedic outing. There are some very funny moments. The best is probably McCoy's line: "If the Enterprise had a heart, I'd save her, too."

4️⃣ My 787th episode of #StarTrek, out of 893.

#StarTrek 42 (1967) - 8/10
I, Mudd, written by #StephenKandel.

1️⃣ #RogerCCarmel as Harry Mudd.

2️⃣ The final act may be silly but this is a delightfully-amusing episode.

3️⃣ The early scenes, with the Enterprise being hijacked by the android, are suspenseful and dramatic. Things become much more comedic when Mudd enters the story.

#HarryO s1e11 & s1e12 (1974) - 6/10

1️⃣ #CraigStevens and #BroderickCrawford: 15 years earlier they were laying down the law, on #PeterGunn and #HighwayPatrol, but in this 2-hour story they are causing all sorts of problems for #DavidJanssen and #JoannaPettet.

2️⃣ It’s a standard tale. Protagonist arrives in closed community, starts asking questions, gets in trouble for it. This #StephenKandel script doesn’t add much you haven’t seen before. There’s a bland love story in the mix.
