Circularium Roseus (2012).

Another "easy-to-make" target after finding some leftover by-product files. This one, again, is from the Victorian B&B on Staten Island. It's for the lounge. I honestly didn't find a specific and an interesting point to center this circular panorama with so I picked the chandelier to beat the center. The hard work, though, was with the colors, as the color space was hard to pin down and then managing the saturation and other aspects. There used to be yellow somewhere around here...

Planeta Victoria (2012);

So, I didn't have the time to work on a circular panorama, but I thought of posting this one today and I'm not sure if I did post it before or not. In case I did, apologies.
This is the Victorian B&B where I stayed back in 2012 in my visit to Staten Island. I remember shooting this panorama outside for 2 or 3 times and there was always a problem with the exposure range; when doing HDR one has to take care of such things. I think I've pinned it finally with the 3rd time.
Here we can see some differences in the type of distortions caused by this projection and the circular one. The main thing is, the circular panorama has a transparency layer to it specially in the corners, while this project actually forms the image in a square format (unless of course I change the POV and other parameters). If I get the time, I think I'll try to make this one in a circular panorama next.

Circularium Ego (2012);

Last night I've posted a shot of my friend from NY, so I dug the folders and found out some modeling files that weren't deleted, so decided to make a circularium (I made this term up!).
Shot this inside the Victorian B&B on Staten Island, and before you judge the colors, actually the place was slightly magenta/purplish in reality indeed. I've just emphasized it. The tripod remains were problematic a bit, but the clearance was done easily (sorta) because of the small size of the image. Usually this process is such a pain when doing original ones (with sizes up to 10K x 10K pixels).

Gnome Heaven (2012);

Back to my panoramas, and with this one for the Victorian B&B on Staten Island. The panorama was shot in 2012, but the stitch for this one specifically wasn't done till 2020. I've shot the B&B from outside several times actually, and there were technical problems every time I've shot it (and with my laptop capabilities, it was hard to solve anything). I think totally, I've shot it 3 times. The wide dynamic range made it difficult to gauge and control the HDR.
Anyway, this panorama here was stitched for one of the failed trials, but it was stitched from RAW files only and no HDR was implemented. For this, it appears dark; darker than it was in reality actually.
