The La Trobe Reading Room yesterday lunchtime. Formerly known as the Domed Reading Room, it opened in 1913 and was refurbished in 2003. It offers a quiet place for study, and is also popular with tourists. #photography #melbourne #statelibraryvictoria

I absolutely love this tapestry, 'Gordian Knot', by #KeithTyson and the Australian #Tapestry Workshop in #Melbourne

In all the writhing mass of details, my personal favourite are the #DNA nucleotides rendered in the bottom left corner.

It hangs in the #StateLibraryVictoria and is awe inspiring to study.
