One of the annoying things about #StanislasDahaene’s #HowWeLearn is that he keeps making flat assertions about the “global success” of the human species.

Our “global success” as a species is very much in doubt. It depends on what one’s criteria and values are.

A more neutral, objective term would be “global impact”.
