Seen somewhere in Chichester City Centre, this is a local piece of guerrilla humour by the Chichester Anti-Recreation Society (CARP) which is a poke at the city city being apparently too serious about little things. We can't condone unauthorised signs but we do love a #SpoofSign. #FridayFun
