Among the errors was the claim that he toured the provinces with S. An-Sky and Susman Kiselhof in 1911 (impossible due to his documented theatrical schedule), that he was educated at the Warsaw Conservatory (no evidence of this), or that he was rehabilitated upon his release from the Gulag in 1954 (it seems to have been a medical release).
