This is almost five years into the #SouthWestInMotion five-year plan to scrap together a usable #bikeNetwork. I don't think we needed to convene a Stakeholder's Working Group to figure out that one or two of those 19 lanes could be just for people on bikes. TFW you have a designated Major City Bikeway in your #TransportationSystemsPlan / #ComprehensivePlan / #ClimateActionPlan, but don't actually care about anybody being able to bike in #Portland.
