#SolterraDevelopment has favoured automobiles over bicycles while constructing a new building on one of the major east-west bike routes connecting Vancouver. The street is narrow West 7 Avenue with wider West 6 Avenue a block away.

Sollterra has chosen to redirect bikes off the route so that cars can use it instead of routing cars on the wider alternative.
