in 2022, i decided to defer my #birthday celebration by 6 months, hoping for a better #pandemic world come summer time and allowing for an in-person if not #SociallyDistanced event. having a birthday in the winter (and in #NewEngland, no less) necessitated hosting indoors so this was a nice work around. i called this summer observance my deferthday.
