I'm continuing to proxy enemy miniatures for Tales from The Red Dragon Inn. These are most of the enemies that should be appearing in chapter 1 (the two in front are Eve's shadow clones.) I still have to assemble the rest of the gizmoblins, and a few slimes are out of frame. I've also printed a handful of terrain features such as pillars and doors which are normally represented by tokens.

I'll try to get some color on these shortly, and post pictures for folks to see. I'll also try to do a video or two showcasing some gameplay, and possibly the painting as well.

I recently picked up Tales from The Red Dragon Inn, and excited to make use of my 3D printer, I'm planning to 3D print proxy miniatures for all of the enemy standees. I just dialed in the unprimed miniature in the middle which is a proxy for the gizmoblins/glitchedmoblins. I'll be printing out for more of them to complete the set tomorrow.

I've printed out hexagonal bases and numbers to glue to them in order to represent the colored holders that the standees fit in. I'll paint a set of these in red, blue, grey, and yellow I think, to match the standee colors. After I get a few more enemy models printed out I am excited to paint up the heroes and enemies for chapter 1!

Based, glosscoted and dullcoted my #talesfromthereddragoninn minis from #SlugFestGames and now I am ready for adventure!
The one thing I haven’t figured out is protecting the bases. I see people suggesting to dullcote the base, but I use brush on varnish. All that happens is that I get sand in the brush and bald spots on the base.
Spent the day getting close to the finishing touches of the models for #SlugFestGames Tales of the Red Dragon Inn. I used the #SLAPCHOP method and #armypainterspeedpaint . I am pretty happy with the way they came out, although I am sure other could do better. Spending the day listening to music and painting was totally therapeutic.
