The #Filipino sinangag rice is often translated in English simply as "garlic rice", however, it's far from being just a regular garlic rice. You definitely must try it. Bonus: Here in the #Philippines, when we say "garlic rice", it means plain rice with garlic bits on top. #Sinangag is different.

As a Filipino, I am quite familiar with sinangag, and especially the spamsilog version Andy cooks in this video.

But I really want to try again #Thailand’s 🇹🇭 khao phat (kung) and #Indonesia’s 🇮🇩 nasi goreng. 😋
