At one company I'm interviewing with, everyone I've spoken to apart from the founders has worked there less than a year. The first engineer I spoke to had been there 3 weeks.

What really surprised me, though, is that they asked me to interview with the new head of engineering who's been there for -3 days — he starts on Monday.
