Malachi Mitchell was shot in a car, by the driver, who fled the scene with Malachi in his car, he was pulled over for driving erratically & they released him again he admitted to shooting the dead man in his car.

And now they won’t arrest him. I understand that if the murder victim hadn’t been doing some kind of illegal transaction with the murderer he might still be alive, but you don’t get to murder people just for doing an illegal gun transaction or whatever the murderer said was happening.
