Banks are free to drop you as a customer for any reason, no issue there. My concern is it because its Shakepay specifically?

Set up a #crypto wallet for the first time today. Using the #Shakepay app to collect #bitcoin simply by shaking my phone once a day.
A zero-balance in the wallet is a bit of a downer, but I'm going to see if it's possible to get started without putting any money in at all - I'm still not convinced cryptocurrencies are a real thing. I can spend 5 seconds a day shaking my phone, can't I? 😉
