Couldn't the Canadian PM indict Trump _in absentia_ and then send special forces into Washington DC to "capture" (more accurately kidnap) him and bring him to Alberta to stand trial for committing sedition against a NATO ally?

It's not like there isn't a precedent for kidnapping heads of state or anything.
