The statue and remains of slave-owning founder William Marsh Rice are no longer at the center of Rice University's Academic Quadrangle, which is undergoing a redesign to reflect the school's modern era.

You're right, "school choice" and vouchers are policies that support the right's ongoing battle against Brown v. Board (1954). So is school district secession.
