So a thing happened this evening…

I became a New Zealand citizen. Back from the ceremony and decided to celebrate with a nice beer. This is what struck my fancy. Not a Kiwi beer to say the least.

Wow. Als ich vor rund 20 Jahren in #Bamberg "biersozialisiert" wurde, mochte ich #Schlenkerla zwar gerne, aber fand es immer grenzwertig intensiv.

Jetzt, nachdem ich viele unterschiedliche Biere probiert habe, schmeckt es sehr differenziert und wirklich, wirklich gut.

I couldn't let go of the whole topic of Keesmann and Mahr, so here are more details I was able to find out. I also got side-tracked a bit and found out an interesting little detail about Brauerei Heller (aka Schlenkerla).
