"Sometimes we are faced with this decision: communicating the accounting, calculating distribution totals, medication costs, patient expenses, or actively following through with patients and healthcare support in live time. Transparency is SO important, accountability for your donations is SO important, but so is organizing care to save lives. We have such a small team and we are balancing the ability to do all of the above! Over the next couple days we will give you the breakdown of costs from our Medical Campaign ..."

We have the network of nurses and doctors to help us provide what others cant. This work should be done by large relief organizations and iNGOs but because of the difficulty operating in Gaza and since the borders are closed, many are rendered useless and it has fallen on The Sameer Project to fill the gaps left by them."

People only donating to UNRWA and other similar well known aid organisations should know their money isn't getting to food for Palestinians in Gaza right now.
Because food gets stolen with Isreali support, Palestinians in Gaza need to buy it on the black market for gigantic prices. Or risk their lives in the disgusting "aid" death traps.
Donating to personal GFMs, Chuffeds, the Sameer Project and other on the ground orgs, and donating eSIMs, are a few of the only literal lifelines for Palestinians in Gaza right now.

Our mission is to provide food & water to those who need it most. In the past, this campaign was dedicated to the North of Gaza but in January 2026, we rebranded this to "Food and Water" and the South Campaign to "Shelter, Goods & Activities" as the geographical areas are not as relevant anymore.

"On June 15th, we lost one of the most beautiful people we have ever met and our valued team member Mosab, who was killed by the Israeli occupation in an airstrike. All of our work for the next period will be dedicated to his memory. Mosab was a beautiful soul who only wanted to help others and do good for his homeland and his people of Palestine. We love you Mosab and will never forget you, and nothing will ever be the same without you."
