Transit Signal Priority (#TSP) system is now in operation along the #Kuching - #Samarahan Expressway at the ILP and Sarawak Heart Centre roundabouts.

The system, developed by a Sarawakian company, is meant to regulate #traffic along the expressway which will soon have an #AutonomousRapidTransit (ART) system plying it.

With TSP, it enables traffic lights to go green for the ART whenever the ART passes any intersection.

The prototype #hydrogen vehicle for Kuching's #autonomous #rapidtransit (ART) system will commence its engineering run at #Isthmus in #Kuching from 4 Sept to 31 Oct.

The #prototype had been fully assembled over a two-week period after arriving at Senari Terminal in Kuching on 5 Aug from Shanghai Port.

The purpose of the engineering run is to identify any potential issues before the start of the proof of concept (POC) exercise in #Samarahan.
