@pzmyers My wife and I went to #sail250 in Baltimore today. The second day of a 2 day event.
Pretty solid crowds despite being rainy off and on, but it was more a “birthday party” in the sense that others were invited: Many nations sent sailing vessels, naval vessels, and aircraft to offer walkthroughs or flyovers as appropriate.

Not everyone’s thing (and that’s fine) but a nice show even if I’m worn out and tired now. They also had an educational aspect to it with some STEM focus and pointing out that most of the ships have a training role.

Plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and use alternate routes when possible.
