Monday I'm emailing the project manager for a #SafetyStandard #NFPA73 to confirm that I can submit proposed changes, #PublicInput , without being expected to recuse myself when the panel votes on them. I read through the #NationalFireProtection Association rules for panel function, and didn't see anything about this. But despite having no commercial interest in these decisions, perceived conflicts are too big a deal for me to make assumptions, including the assumption that I overlooked nothing!
