There’s a kind of quiet grief I used to carry - the kind that shows up after you’ve said yes… when you meant no.

A yes made out of guilt. Or obligation. Or that deep ache to not be “too much” for someone.

And then comes the resentment.

The shutdown.

The self-abandonment that looks like being “helpful” but feels like going missing inside your own life.

But here's the truth I’m living now:

✨ Saying no doesn’t burn bridges.
✨ It builds safety.
✨ And every tiny no I’ve said has been a doorway back to myself.

Today, I’m inviting you to try one. Just one.

Say no to something small.
Say no to an internal pressure, a performative yes, a should.
Say no - and feel what soft power rises in its place.

I wrote a full, tender blog post on this if you want to dive deeper. I also recorded it, so you can listen, if that's better for you.
It’s called:
👉 The Sacred Art of Saying No (Without Burning Down Your Life)

You can find it in my profile. I have a link to my blog there.

And if this is the kind of sacred rebellion you’re craving more of…

🖤 The doors to Feel Good Rebel Academy close this Tuesday (June 24).

We begin our new cycle together with: Radical Self Honesty.

It’s real. Raw. Deeply freeing. And I’d love to welcome you in.

You’re allowed to take up space.
You’re allowed to rest.
You’re allowed to say no - without guilt.

✨ New on the blog ✨

A letter to the version of me who said yes too much.

Who overgave, overexplained, and forgot she was allowed to choose herself.

This isn’t a how-to.

It’s a spiral. A love note to the part of us that learned to survive by disappearing.

And a reminder that…

You’re allowed to take up space now.

You’re allowed to say no.

You don’t have to prove anything to be worthy of rest, joy, or wholeness.

💌 Read the full letter on my blog - find the link in my profile.

And if it speaks to you - let it land like an exhale.

You are not alone in this.

Love, let’s be honest.

How many times have you let things slide…

...because you didn’t want to make things uncomfortable?

How often have you swallowed your truth to keep the peace, even when it burned in your throat?

That’s not kindness. That’s conditioning.

We were taught that being “good” meant being silent.

That softness meant self-abandonment.

That love meant overextending.

But I’m calling bullshit on that whole system.

Kindness doesn’t mean tolerating the intolerable.

It doesn’t mean being the emotional shock absorber for everyone else.

It doesn’t mean letting life just happen to you while you quietly shrink.

🔥 Kindness, real kindness, has boundaries. 🔥

It says “no” with love.

It honours truth over approval.

It protects your energy like it’s sacred - because it is.

You get to say:

“This doesn’t feel good to me.”

“I’m not okay with that.”

“I’m not available for this dynamic anymore.”

That actually means, that you're honouring yourself.

Because here’s the truth:
You’re not here to be the human version of a doormat.

You’re here to live fully.

To feel deeply.

To lead yourself with tenderness and power.

To co-create your reality - not just survive someone else’s.

So if you’ve been waiting for permission to say “enough,”
Let this be it.

This is your sign to stop letting things happen to you, and start choosing what happens with you.

You’re not too much for doing this.

You’re just no longer available for the version of life that dims your light.

And that’s a rebellion worth joining.

Welcome back to yourself. 🔥💫
