There’s a kind of quiet grief I used to carry - the kind that shows up after you’ve said yes… when you meant no.

A yes made out of guilt. Or obligation. Or that deep ache to not be “too much” for someone.

And then comes the resentment.

The shutdown.

The self-abandonment that looks like being “helpful” but feels like going missing inside your own life.

But here's the truth I’m living now:

✨ Saying no doesn’t burn bridges.
✨ It builds safety.
✨ And every tiny no I’ve said has been a doorway back to myself.

Today, I’m inviting you to try one. Just one.

Say no to something small.
Say no to an internal pressure, a performative yes, a should.
Say no - and feel what soft power rises in its place.

I wrote a full, tender blog post on this if you want to dive deeper. I also recorded it, so you can listen, if that's better for you.
It’s called:
👉 The Sacred Art of Saying No (Without Burning Down Your Life)

You can find it in my profile. I have a link to my blog there.

And if this is the kind of sacred rebellion you’re craving more of…

🖤 The doors to Feel Good Rebel Academy close this Tuesday (June 24).

We begin our new cycle together with: Radical Self Honesty.

It’s real. Raw. Deeply freeing. And I’d love to welcome you in.

You’re allowed to take up space.
You’re allowed to rest.
You’re allowed to say no - without guilt.
