Im Projekt #STAFFDEV_EU wird untersucht, wie die lehrbezogene Personalentwicklung und deren akademische Reputation an europäischen Hochschulen stattfindet. Aus den Ergebnissen sollen politische Empfehlungen abgeleitet werden.

Um die Ansätze zur lehrbezogene Personalentwicklung in Europa zu erfassen, führt das STAFF-DEV-Konsortium eine Umfrage durch und ruft zur Beteiligung auf. Wichtig auch für die #Hochschuldidaktik in Deutschland!

The #STAFFDEV_EU project aims to analyse how staff development and academic assessment are conducted at European higher education institutions, and strengthen institutional capacity and strategies in this regard.

To map approaches to staff development at European HEIs, and analyse how they work in their respective environments, the STAFF-DEV consortium invites higher education institutions in Europe to take part in a survey
