Shame the Smarty Network Status Checker doesn't say anything about it.

Spending nearly an hour trying to get Service Termination Authorisation Code from the cellular provider #Three in the #UK is definitely not how things should be (it was for a device that can’t recieve text messages)
The reason for switching was that #Smarty use the same network, but have some plans that make a lot more sense for devices that are rarely used off WiFi, but 3’s customer service has pretty much ensured I won’t be using, or recommending, them in the future.
