Il Tempo: Poste italiane, il Tribunale del lavoro respinge il ricorso dei sindacati

Gli accordi di riorganizzazione di tre funzioni di Poste Italiane, Posta, Comunicazione e Logistica (PCL), Mercato Privati (MP) e Digital, Technology & Operations (DTO), sono legittimi. A stabilirlo è stato ilTribunale del Lavoro di Roma, con la sentenza numero 6430/2026, che ha respinto integralmente il ricorso presentato dalle sigle SLC CGIL e UILpost, confermando la piena legittimità dell'operato dell'azienda.

Al centro del contenzioso giudiziario la causa promossa dai due sindacati per una presunta condotta antisindacale. SLC CGIL e UILpost, infatti, non avevano sottoscritto le intese relative al riassetto del novembre 2024 sostenendo che ''la società avrebbe adottato una procedura illegittima'', estromettendoli dalla trattativa. Il Tribunale del Lavoro di Roma, però, ha smontato questa tesi e ha rigettato le istanze, riconoscendo la piena correttezza dell'operato di Poste Italiane.

The reorganization agreements for three Poste Italiane functions – Posta, Comunicazione e Logistica (PCL), Mercato Privati (MP) and Digital, Technology & Operations (DTO) – are legitimate. At the center of the legal dispute was the lawsuit filed by the two unions over alleged anti-union conduct. However, the Rome Labour Court dismantled this argument and rejected the claims, recognizing the full correctness of Poste Italiane’s actions.

Non si ferma la mobilitazione degli ex lavoratori Almaviva di Palermo, tornati a protestare davanti alla sede dell’Assemblea Regionale Siciliana, in piazza del Parlamento. A nove mesi dal licenziamento che ha coinvolto 387 famiglie, la tensione resta altissima e la speranza di una soluzione appare sempre più fragile.
Il sit-in e l’ennesimo rinvio
Nella giornata dell’8 aprile, decine di ex dipendenti si sono riuniti in un sit-in per chiedere risposte immediate alla politica regionale. A rappresentarli, le sigle sindacali Slc Cgil, Fistel Cisl, Uil Fpl e Ugl Telecomunicazioni, che da mesi seguono la vertenza.
L’obiettivo era ottenere l’approvazione dell’emendamento che dovrebbe garantire il reinserimento lavorativo attraverso il progetto del numero unico 116117. Tuttavia, ancora una volta, il voto è stato rinviato.
A determinare lo slittamento è stata l’assenza in aula dell’assessore alla Salute, Daniela Faraoni, circostanza che ha impedito la discussione del provvedimento, rinviata alla prossima settimana.

The mobilization of former Almaviva workers from Palermo continues, returning to protest in front of the headquarters of the Sicilian Regional Assembly, in Piazza del Parlamento. Nine months after the dismissal that involved 387 families, the tension remains extremely high and the hope of a solution appears increasingly fragile.

Sit-in and Another Postponement
On April 8th, dozens of former employees gathered in a sit-in to demand immediate answers from regional politics. Representing them were the trade union organizations Slc Cgil, Fistel Cisl, Uil Fpl and Ugl Telecomunicazioni, which have been following the dispute for months.

The goal was to obtain approval of the amendment that should guarantee the reinstatement of workers through the 116117 single project. However, once again, the vote was postponed.

The postponement was due to the absence of the Health Councilor, Daniela Faraoni, which prevented the discussion of the bill, now scheduled for next week.
