Awfully rich of #SFWater to send out an email newsletter to customers touting their pollution prevention work just weeks before the Supreme Court hears their appeal trying to disrupt decades of regulations stemming from the Clean Water Act.

Even the state government is siding against San Francisco and says that if the city wins, water protections across the state could be in jeopardy.

San Francisco allegedly discharges 1.8 billion gallons of sewage into the bay and ocean each year, something they’re trying to absolve responsibility for by challenging protections.
