re APC UPS CS 350, #SEAustralia chat never gets started (long queue), only 2 leads not 3 or 4 to connect devices, no power cord, had to find my own, product registration disappears on website, massive error message on website, software rego card has dead URL, only PC can connect #schneiderelectric
