https://www.foodforallor.org/get-involved I learned about SB 611, which is an Oregon bill that will allow undocumented immigrants to receive food assistance like SNAP. I used the form on the site to send a message to my representatives in support of this bill. I personalized it a little.

https://monogr.ph/67a3f86c0b0ee042476f706c I learned about Seattle Children's Hospital stopping gender-affirming surgeries for youth. I sent an email to the hospital's leadership team, asking them to reinstate this care. I took the form letter and made it very personal, talking about my own suicide attempts and then surgery journey.
(This one, you can email the hospital team even if you don't have Washington representatives to email.)
