Our partner DROG Group built a tool we think is pretty cool.

TactCheck is basically a fake social media platform running on Mastodon. Researchers can use it to study how disinformation actually spreads without having to deal with real platforms. You can load scenarios, replay real Twitter/X data, spin up AI bots, even simulate a Facebook-like environment.

Our partner Faktabaari (FactBar) is working on a new EU-funded project called PRiME (Primary Information and Media Education). The goal is to help primary school kids aged 6-12 develop media literacy skills that actually make sense in the age of AI.

The project brings together five countries (Belgium, Spain, Austria, Germany, and Finland) and is funded by the EU's Creative Europe programme.
