Overview The City of Kemmerer is the largest city in and the county seat of Lincoln County in the State of Wyoming in the United States. The community is located toward the southwestern portion of the county and is associated with the Hamsfork Museum, El Jaliciense of Wyoming, and Fossil Butte National Monument.
