Day 1 of my #rust #EmbeddedRust journey on #esp32

I managed to get a second UART wired up handling slip and then parsing #osc packets

1. OMG, the cargo experience is awesome as compared to pio and esp-idf, please do everything with git. Both from a dependency management standpoint and build/run/monitor loop.
2. OSCData (via #rosc) has a very natural mapping into Rust enums. Much more pleasing than the C++11 binding in OSC For Ardiuno
3. No arduino code anywhere!
