Cincinnati cops are upset on unconfirmed rumors that the city could voluntarily payout a large settlement over the indefensible murder of black teen Ryan Hinton.

The cops(again without evidence) claim that IF the city were to payout a settlement to Ryan's family the money could benefit Rodney Hinton's defense in his alleged retalitory killing of a local cop in the moments after learning of his son's murder.

Earlier this year Ohio police killed a Black teenager who was running from the police over a missed car lease payment.

His father on his way home from seeing the video of his son murdered by local cops, noterious for facing no punishmnent, ran down a police officer killing the cop on the spot.

Rodney Hinton is facing the death penality now, this week he entered an insanity plea.
