As Rodney Hinton was brought into the court room his brother quietly knocked on the glass.
He wanted to ask sit with his brother in court.
But before the judge could address the situation he was swarmed by cops who had earlier packed the court room.

One thing that needs pointing out is that the Cincinnati police released heavily edited footage to the public of Ryan Hinton's murder at the hands of police.
If you watch the footage released in the police press conference or on the news this particular frame is edited out. But if you go directly to the BWV source you can see that Ryan Hinton was CLEARLY gunned down for little to no reason.
He never points a gun at officers, he only ran and was shot in the back.
