Real Estate Trust Companies' NCR Rules to Be Tightened Next Month—Risk Exposure Cap to Take Effect Year-End

South Korea’s Financial Services Commission will tighten capital rules for real estate trust companies from July, expanding NCR risk coverage and introducing a phased cap on land trust business exposure to strengthen sector stability.
