正在一個奇怪的夢中糾結，被鬧鐘叫醒，大腦混沌又恍惚。因為得送綿羊上學，逼自己不許再睡回去。
想起還未處理的許多煩心事，身體又不由自主地緊張蜷縮起來。
有時會覺得自己是不是不太應該這樣去感受身體和內心？就像以前一樣把情緒壓下去，專注於處理事情會不會才是對的？而另一個聲音分明又是相反的。
真怕這樣下去我都要精神分裂了🥲
