Radikon, has been mentioned so many times in the podcasts I listen to, I wanted to know what all the fuss was about. DeLaurenti's Italian Market at Pike Place in #Seattle had it in stock.
I am impressed. This had all kinds of character but was clean and delicious. It evolved over the course of a couple hours. Maybe most impressive was the vein of savory that swelled and shrunk as wine passed through my mouth.
It's not cheap but it is so unique, attractive and compelling, it's not a waste of money at $55 for the half liter.
