You may remember last year when a couple of men tried to forcibly convert Kelston Boys' High School to one of Seymour's charter schools, against the community's wishes. They lost.
One of those men was Rhys Cullen, a former GP, struck-off in 2007 for dealing drugs, with subsequent convictions for dealing in stolen cars.
Cullen has been fighting a different battle with Mount Albert Grammar. The school trespassed Cullen for being an annoying, disruptive prick. The High Court refused to overturn that decision and today the Appeals Court also declined his application for a judicial review. Cullen has to pay full costs for all proceedings.
Which school will he target next?
