My local #NPR station, #WSKG, lost $1.3m from the #rescission. It just completed an emergency fundraiser that raised $400k. It had never raised more than $100k before. It gained over a thousand new members also. In addition to this, New York State gave them a grant of $500k.

This is very impressive for a strongly red leaning area.
