I think it was the same section wherein “presidential immunity” was detailed.

And just to be clear, I'm definitely not talking about our new journalism saviors being just another bunch of George W Bush losers who have now transformed into NeverTrumpers. They can't go a complete sentence without stuttering some fearmongering tic "whatabout the radical left", and that, as you can probably tell, drives me effin nuts. The only thing radical about the left is they value people as human beings. Now that's radical!

I hope @repfletcher.bsky.social understands that the constitution needs to be protected everyday. Restore checks & balances & pack the court! SCOTUS has blessed every authoritarian move the toddler king has imagined, and the legislative branch has to relearn its oversight mission. #reformSCOTUS
