#Recitoot – My Brisket Breakfast Burrito.
Place tortilla on foil, top with shredded cheddar.
Whisk 1 egg with 1tsp half & half, salt & pepper. Scramble in skillet. Push to the side to keep warm & off-center skillet from heat so eggs won’t burn.
Add chopped #brisket to skillet until warm, mix with the scrambled eggs.
Dump eggs onto prepared tortilla and wrap. Placed foil wrapped burrito in 250° oven for at least 20 minutes. Can rest in oven for an hour.
