A fair amount has happened in the past few months. My husband and I went on our (long-delayed) honeymoon trip — Thailand for a month! We had some major renovations done on our home; it was annoying to live in a construction zone, but definitely worth it in the end. I attended another #Ready2Play fetish party with @Frank_NL, and we had a wonderful time. I celebrated my birthday, and received many lovely birthday messages.

One of my favorite things about #ready2play is that it’s an afternoon party, rather than a late-night party. By the time things started winding down, it was only 9pm — and all of us were hungry! @hypnocub and I joined a group of guys that were heading to a Chinese restaurant, and we had a really nice dinner together. By the end of the meal, @hypnocub had found someone that he wants to interview for his podcast — and I think it will make for a really interesting episode, as well!

I found it very easy to chat with people #ready2play, and I started talking with several first-timers — I remember how intimidated I was the first time, and I try to help others to feel welcome.
