Capsule Review Archive – Rat Queens, Vol. 1: Sass & Sorcery by Kurtis J. Wiebe
I couldn't sleep last night.
This time I blame the library. They had more Rat Queens comics.
The story of Hannah is so intriguing to read. It has been ages that I've read a comic with such an outstanding original story.
I can only recommend Rat Queens if you haven't read it already.
Just read the Rat Queens: Neon special. #RatQueens but cyberpunk!
It was alright. Rat Queens is a series I've *kind of* followed but not ever really gotten into. Typically when I read an issue it takes a minute to remind me their names (except Braga 🙏) and what they do. I'd probably have liked this more if I was a bigger fan and had a better feel for the characters.
Needs more Braga, too.
But it's a fun little mini-adventure. Quick, cute, and silly.
