I bought a 2nd hand #MacbookPro 1.5 years ago and the #keyboard problem where dust in the #butterfly mechanism causes erratic key behaviour, got so out of hand that I had to think about an external keyboard.
While not a "brilliant" workaround in itself 😁 the small #Rapoo model I got fits on top of the MBP's own keyboard and also doesn't budge owing to its 4 gummy stoppers . THIS is brilliant. Because it keeps in the MBP's ergonomic design of using keyboard and trackpad.
As if Rapoo engineers had intended it so.
Very pleased that I now have a working MBP. A tangible stress relieve. 💃

If Apple needs to issue an official apology for poor functionality of one of the most used features in its most expensive notebook, something is wrong.

I asked my work if I could get a larger mouse for working from home during #confinement, since I have fairly large hands. I was keen on one of the #logitech MX Master ones, but they were too expensive. Instead I found some weird other brand #rapoo, and got their MT750s for less than half the price.

I was sceptical at first, but it seems to work flawlessly with #linux! With both Bluetooth and USB. It even has a hardware DPI button, which actually works better than Logitech, in my experience.
