BITD I noticed how #racism seemed to go hand-in-glove with #corruption inside many of the companies I supported. In fact, I observed that the most intensely racially hostile employers had more #nepotism, padding of expense accounts, theft of employee and company property, etc. than others. I also remember a succinct comment from a younger #Blackwoman follower to my old post: #RacismIsCorruption. 🤔 yeah it is. So is #misogyny. This means that Good #dei practices can act as detergent.
