How can make #EDI a more integral part of #RSEing?
By including A11y in the software more we make, we serve better our users, and we become better #RSE
By supporting #EDI we become better communicators, and transmit better the messages.
Doing this work is very rewarding, is fun, you get to get and receive feedback, it's very gratifying, and it helps to grow on your career!
EDI work is not recognised, and many think that time you are spending on it is #research time lost.
