Good quote from our opening #RSEScot #RSESoc speaker taking about their transition from wetlab biologist to a #ResearchSoftwareEngineer:

I feel #ImposterSyndrome both ways - I know a lot about practical computer science and plant pathology, but have knowledge gaps & no formal training in either 💻🧬🦠
