#PopeFrancis died on Monday morning, at the age of 88.

I'm not #Catholic , but I think it's ironic that his last official diplomatic act was meeting with #JDVance-- an American Nazi and a Fascist, someone who will never repent of his countless human rights violations, and who has been MISleading a vast number of "Evangelicals" into hate and anti-Christian ideology.

I hope the media now begins to focus on Francis' pro-human rights and pro-immigrant messages, and that his successor continues to call for compassion and justice for the poorest and most persecuted people of the world.

Now, more than ever, the Christian faith (Catholic & Protestant) needs leadership who will take Christians on a path of love and acceptance, instead of fear and hate.
