When someone manages to pay a food toll to a pair of quivern, this is typically one way they 'repay' it; By sandwiching the 'lucky victim' between those large bellies of theirs.

Thankfully, they are rather soft, so once the initial surprise wears off, it won't be that bad...other than being unable to move for however long it's held.

It's one thing to have some quivern claim a bridge and use it for 'food tolls'. It's another when one of them is at a much larger size than before yet still wants to keep the food tolls a thing for the bridge, even if it can't really fit on it anymore. Based on that look (and thought bubble), it's pretty hungry at the moment.
