I finally got this quilt top finished. It's hard to see from the photo, but five of the squares, randomly "sprinkled" around, have crazy quilt style embroidery on them. The sashing is all denim. Now to figure out what kind of material to use for the borders and the back.
This quilt top took me 2 days to design and complete. Just waiting for my big roll of batting to arrive so I can quilt it.
I think this is the last planned christmas present for this year, though I do have time to make a few more small projects for gifts.

All my hexagons are pieced together, now I need to figure out borders. I think I made pretty good time but I have to admit having snow days on both Tuesday and Wednesday sure helped. 🤣🤣🤣
I included several close-ups to show the cell phones making up the kaleidoscopes.
Between a breeze, the sun, the size, and my teenagers, it was nearly impossible to get a decent picture. However the top is finished! This was a mystery sew along that I started in February.
